Repeat 3 times :
1. Bicycle Crunches (50 sec interval / 10 sec rest)
2. Flutter Kicks (50 sec interval / 10 sec rest)
3. High Knees (50 sec interval / 10 sec rest)
4. Toe Touch Crunches (50 sec interval / 10 sec rest)
5. Dumbbell Russian Twists (50 sec interval / 10 sec rest)

Timer Setting :
Set your timer for 15 rounds and two intervals. The first interval is 10 seconds and the second interval is 50 seconds. You will be doing 5 different and your goals is to complete as many reps as you can for each exercise during the 50 second intervals.
