This Army Body Fat Percentage Calculator uses the U.S. Army fitness formula to get an estimated measuring of body fat percent.

The water displacement test is the most accurate way to determine body fat percent, but the Navy Body Fat test or YMCA formula is accurate within 1-3 percent for most people.

How :


To do so, use a tape to measure your waisthip, and neck. Enter these datas with your gender and height and this navy calculator will estimate body fat percentlean massfat mass, and your general navy fitness category.

To measure your waist : place the tape on the narrowest part of your abdomen, usually above the belly button.

To measure your hips : place the tape around the fullest part of the hips, usually around the bottom, and keep the tape parallel to the floor.
