Deck Of Cards Workout Challenge
Regardless if you are at home, in a hotel room, in a park or at the gym all you will need for this is a deck of cards! This workout challenge lasts about 30 minutes and will workout your whole body. As you'll see later, you can always customize this workout with your favourite exercises, add weights and make it different and more challenging. This will boost your metabolism, increase your endurance as well as develop your upper body, abs, back and legs!

Deck Of Cards Workout Rules
Get your self a regular deck of cards (preferably with jokers) and shuffle it.
You will flip the card on the top of the deck and complete the set without taking any rest. You can take up to 30 seconds rest until flipping the next card.
The suit on the card represents the exercise you'll be doing :
- Hearths : Burpees
- Diamonds : Squats (use a dumbbell for better results)
- Clubs : Sit Ups
- Spads : Push Ups
you can modify these exercises with any other exercises you want.
Jumping jacks, lunges, crunches, pull ups are also awesome!
The number on the card represents the number of repetitions you'll be doing
- 1 to 10 : the number of reps
- Jack : 11 reps
- Queen : 12 reps
- King : 13 reps
- Joker : 5 reps of each exercise
Variation : to make it more challenging, increase the value of the figures (jack = 12, queen = 15, king = 20, ace = 25). You can also make double cards (ex : pick two jacks in a row) count for double reps, triples for triple reps and quadruples for quadruple.
