This home workout is perfect for your busy mornings. The Good Morning Fat Blaster Hiit Workout is super fast and it will boost your metabolism to help you lose weight and burn fat faster for the whole day. It requires no gym equipment besides dumbbells and a jump rope. You can fit this home workout at any time of the day on your busy schedule!

Timer Setting for this Hiit Workout :  

Set your timer for 15 rounds and two intervals. The first interval is 10 seconds and the second interval is 50 seconds. You will be doing 5 different  and your goals is to complete as many reps as you can for each exercise during the 50 second intervals. You will have 10 seconds between each exercise to write down your reps. Enjoy and let us know in the comments how you did.
