A Delicious Keto / Low Carb Snack To Have On The Go

As low carb food isn't always accessible everywhere, it's smart to always have a little keto snack at proximity. You can keep these in the fridge for kids to munch on, pack them in your lunch and have a bite between two meetings or bring them in your purse for your shopping spree! These deviled eggs are just the perfect, easy Keto snack with the perfect ration of carbohydrates, fat and protein to help you reach your fitness goals! 


"Keto Deviled Eggs" Recipe


This this recipe makes 2 portions of 265 calories. The whole recipe is 531 calories.

Ingredients for the Keto Deviled Eggs :

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of Hellman's Mayonaise
  • ¼ teaspoon of French mustard
  • 1 tsp. of paprika 
  • A few drops of hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp. cumin (optional)
  • Parsley to garnish
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation for the Deviled Eggs :

1. Split the hardboiled eggs and remove the yolk;

2. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix with the other ingredients;

3. Stuff the eggs with the mixture like shown in the picture;

4. Sprinkle paprika on top of the eggs.

Nutritional Value Of These Low Carb Deviled Eggs

Macro Nutrient Caloric Ratio : 69% fat, 2% carbs, 29% proteins.
