Ok, so sprinter (winter in spring) is over and there's nothing like a good fitness challenge to get us bikini ready! We got you a combination of muscle poppin' and fat torching workouts along with some kickass fitness tips, recipes and a complete meal plan.

Everybody is in the urge to get in bikini shape and the motivation is at its peak! Maximum efforts brings maximum results. We do not believe in crash diets, they just make you binge and gain even more on the long run. So kick ass workouts and metabolic boosting recipes is the way to go! And we will deliver this month! We're offering you a mix of  techniques, like a "mash up" of all different kinds of workouts that we carefully balanced along the month to work every part of your body and keep your metabolism at its peak.

This challenge will give you sexy shoulders, since this is the secret to look good a tank top and in a bikini and it defines a women's shape. We'll also focus a lot on thighs and glutes as well as abs, triceps and even biceps and calves are targeted.

Keep in mind that abs should not be your priority until you get to low body fat, it is a small muscle that doesn't burn that much calories, and doing crunches won't show ANY results until you get to 15% body fat or lower.

Guidelines & Tips

  • Follow our May 2014 Workout Calendar: all workouts will be linked to their source every upcoming week, so make sure you bookmark this page!
  • Follow My Dream Shape's facebook page where all the workouts will be posted daily along with extra motivation and tips!
  • Rest at least once a week: feel free to add 1-2 additional recovery days as needed (more isn’t necessary better, you want to focus on the quality of your workouts and pushing yourself during each session). If you decide to workout 3-4 times a week, make sure to balance out your training program, you don’t want to end up doing 3 upper body workouts consecutively.
  • As you know, diet is a huge part of the equation when it comes to getting in shape and seeing quick and lasting results, no matter how hard you train and push yourself, if you are not fueling your body properly according to your specific goals, you might get disappointed with your results.
