This recipe is perfect to get in shape!

It will boost your metabolism and help you reach your healthy weight.

All made from fresh food, nothing processed, clean eating, gluten-free, atkin diet, Ketogenic Diet and Paleo diet friendly.

The best foods for a diet! You can also serve it with fresh fruits to make it a nice metabolism booster breakfast!

I chose raspberry and grapefruits because they're loaded with fibers.

  1. Why do you avoid fat in this recipe? Isnt it supposed to be a ketogenic recipe?

    • You are right, it’s not originally a Keto Recipe but you could still make it fit your keto macros. Just keep all the yolks and add a few slices of bacon 🙂

  2. Hi, My daughter has seizures and her dr and I have decided to see if we can wean her off her medications and use the ketogenic diet to “heal” her brain. She is to have only 10-13 carbs a day. After doing the calculator, it appears she is to have about 1300 calories, 100 gr fat and 65 protein. Many of your recipes are way over what she can have in a day for carbs. I am figuring about 3 carbs per meal which leaves me 3 or so for her snacks. Any suggestions for us as we embark on this journey.

    • I personally add bacon and saucages for snacks when I want to balance my macros out after a meal with more carbs. I eat 6 meals a day.
