Here’s a look at just a few of the everyday myths keeping millions from their fitness goals:


Myth – Personal Trainers are Expensive

Truth – Depending on the type of package you choose, you’ll often find that the services of a personal trainer are even more affordable than standard gym memberships. And the reason is simple – you only pay for the service you receive, unlike with the gym where you also pay for all the days and hours you don’t go to work out.


Myth – Personal Training Programs Are Intensive

Truth – They can be if you want them to be, but as the package is built around you and your needs there will never be anything undertaken that isn’t 100% in line with your abilities and goals. This means you can make the program as intensive or gentle as you like, knowing that the same results will come your way as long as you stick to it.


Myth – There’s No Point as Personal Trainers Just Take You To the Gym Anyway

Truth – Once perhaps, but today’s leading personal trainers make it their duty to bring the workout to you, no matter where you might be or how much time you have. So this means that whether it’s a green space near your home, an empty room at the office or literally anywhere else you have access to, it can easily be transformed into your own perfect fitness centre without a gym in sight.


Myth – It’s All Too Complicated to Really Bother With

Truth – It might seem like a difficult agreement to arrange, but in reality it’s about ten-times easier than signing up with a gym. All you need to do is arrange a meeting with or even make a phone call to a leading personal fitness specialist and allow them to take over everything. You literally just have to tell them who you, what your goals are and where would be best for you to go about working for them. Your personal package will be put together in no time at all and you can get started as soon and you like – it really is about as simple as it gets.
