Quick & Easy Paleo Mahi-Mahi With Hummus

This Paleo Mahi-Mahi Recipe is delicious, super quick and super easy! When you come back home at night, sometimes you don't have that much time in front of you to prepare a healthy dinner. Well this is the perfect solution to stay on track and spend almost no time in the kitchen! This Mahi-Mahi recipe is also delicious, gluten-free, clean eating, Paleo diet friendly, perfect for those on a Ketogenic Diet and Atkins diet friendly! It will help you burn fat, lose weight and look sexy in your bikini!


To make this recipe, I like to use an Digital Steamer. They are cheap and I think every busy person should have one. It allows you to preset your cooking time and go take a shower, do a hiit workout, watch TV or even take a look at My Dream Shape while your meal is getting ready! Amazing I know...


  • Mahi Mahi (1 Filet) I use the frozen ones from Costco
    frozen mahi mahi
  • Frozen Vegetables (1 cup)
  • Hummus (2 tbs)
  • Philadelphia Cheese (1 tsp)
  • Lime (1 tbs)
  • Coriander (fresh is better)
  • Sea salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions :

1. Place the vegetables on the bottom basket and the Mahi Mahi on the top basket

2. Add lime, cilantro, salt and pepper (you can also use basil or any other spice you like instead)

3. Preset your steamer to 30 minutes and go do something else

4. Put on your plate, add the Philadelphia cheese on your vegetables (it will melt) and add hummus on the side.

5. Enjoy!
