I'm always looking for new on-the-go breakfast ideas for my busy morning. This raspberry protein smoothie is perfect for those trying to lose fat! It is made with strawberry protein powder and raspberries. As mentioned in my article Top 10 Best Diet Foods, raspberries is my favorite source of carbs! They are LOADED with fibers, which brings your net-carbs down. I also love to add coffee to it in the morning for an extra boost before my morning workout.

Raspberry Protein Shake Ingredients :
- Raspberries (77g)
- Almond milk (1 cup)
- Natural peanut butter (24g)
- Cinnamon (¼teaspoon)
- Ginger (¼teaspoon)
- Strawberry protein powder (1 scoop)
- ground coffee - (1 tablespoon) - optional
Directions :
- Add the almond milk and the raspberries to your blender
- Add the whey protein powder
- Add the natural peanut butter, the cinnamon and the ginger
- Add coffee if you want
- Blend until smooth
- Enjoy!

I am not fond of almond milk. Can soy milk be used in a keto-diet instead?

Yes! Anything you like. Soy milk, hemp milk, coconut milk even normal milk. I just don’t drink normal milk because I am lacto intolerant and it makes me really bloated.
