30 Minute Full Body Circuit Workout

I know a lot of you are often running out of time for their workouts but still want to manage to get the most of it. For that purpose, circuit workouts are one of the best kind of training that to fit your objectives. Not only will you get more calories burned in a short amount of time but you will also tone your whole body! To accommodate all of you, this circuit can be done either as a home workout or as a gym workout with a few modifications described bellow. Get ready to sweat and feel the burn as this circuit workout routine will work on your cardio, arms, back, legs and abs all at once in only 30 minutes.

 Sexy Beast Circuit Workout Guidelines

Warm-Up with 5 minutes of cardio (jog in place or grab your favorite cardio machine).

Perform 15 of each one of the prescribed exercises without taking a break between the exercises.

Take a 1 or 2 minutes break and do 2 more sets for a total of 3 sets, taking a break between each set.

Workout Breakdown

Repeat exercises A to F three times taking a break after each set

A) 15 Burpees - no break

B.1) 15 Lateral Squats (Right Leg)

B.2) 15 Lateral Squats (Left Leg)

(you can do these either with a barbell, a pair of dumbbells or without any weights)

C) 15 Bent Over Rows (narrow grip)

(you can do these either with a barbell, a pair of dumbbells or without any weights)

D) 15 Mountain Climbers

E) 15 Swiss Ball Ham Curl

F) 15 Ball Crunches
