The "Sexy As Hell" Core Workout

The core is every muscle related to your abs, hips and lower back. A strong and lean core will make you look taller and thinner and well... Sexy As Hell! This is mostly a gym workout as it uses barbell and a back extension machine but feel free to do adapt this to do it at home with your swiss ball and replace the weights with your dumbbells. Or just checkout my home workouts.



Printable workout (or save it on your phone) : 

You will start this workout with 15 minutes of cardio of your choice (elliptical, running, spinning bike, stair master, jump rope...). For the main workout, for EACH exercise you will perform 6 to 12 repetitions (depending how many you can do while keeping a good form) and repeat for 3 sets (3 times 6 to 12).

Remember to keep proper form for every repetition. If you are unable to do so, reduce the weights or the amount of repetitions. Do your best and forget the rest! 

Workout Breakdown :

1. Swiss Ball Sit Ups (3x 6-12)

(add weight if it's too easy, plates are better)

2. Swiss Ball Pull-In (3x 6-12)

3. Russian Twist (3x 6-12)

4. Barbell Deadlifts

5. Back Extensions
