A Quick And Delicious Keto Meal
This is one of my favorite daily Ketogenic Diet Meal when I want to lose extra weight and burn fat fast. It is very easy and fast to make, it's low carbs, it fills me up and it's healthy and DELICIOUS! When I'm losing weight, I like things to be simple and I don't have time to spend hours in the kitchen. This is the perfect lunch to bring at work or school, the spinach wont get soggy like lettuce would and it has much more nutrients and fibers in it. The avocado will get you energy with healthy fats, a little bit of carbs and tons of fibers. Fibers will reduce your net carbs, which is what you're looking for.
Ingredients for 1 portion :
- 2 cups of baby spinach
- Chicken Breast (1/2)
- Avocado (1/2 small or 1/3 large)
- Low Sodium Bacon (1 piece)
- Peri Peri Sauce (1 table spoon)
1. Cook the bacon piece in a pan until it's brown and crispy.
2. While the bacon is cooking, cut the chicken breast into even slices.
3. Cook the chicken in the bacon fat on one side for 1 minute.
4. Flip it and fry for 4-6 minutes.
While the chicken is cooking...
5. Cut the avocado into slices.
6. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
7. Put the spinach and avocado into a large bowl.
8. Add the bacon and the Peri Peri sauce.

This egg recipe is low carbohydrates, high in protein, healthy fat and fibers and low in calories. It's paleo diet friendly, gluten free and ketogenic diet friendly. Perfect to lose weight!
