I didn’t want just a regular gym trainer that can’t push me, but I was very pleased to find an IFBB Pro trainer in Montreal where I live, she is IFBB Figure Pro, personal trainer, fitness model and nutrition consultant. She is training a whole team of amazing girls for provincial and national contests.
Regardless if you are at home, in a hotel room, in a park or at the gym all you will need for this is a deck of cards! This workout challenge lasts about 30 minutes and will workout your whole body.
This kickass medicine ball hiit workout will combine cardio, strength and stability allowing you to burn fat, tone up your legs, core and upper body while working on your balance.
Isometric exercises are amazing because they can be done with minimal equipment or no equipment at all, you can even do them in front of your television! Isometrics are a type of strength training that will help build muscles, they are done in static positions, meaning that the joint angle and muscle length do not move during contraction (as opposed to dynamic and isotonic exercises).
Why are inclined treadmill hiit workouts effective? Did you know that walking on the treadmill at full inclination burns 60% more calories than walking at the same speed on a flat treadmill? This means that walking at 4 MPH on an fully inclined treadmill burns as much calories as jogging on a flat treadmill at 7 MPH.
I love the integrate Hiit Workouts in my training routine. Some research proved that you can achieve more progress in 15 minutes of interval training (done three times a week) than the girl jogging on the treadmill for an hour.
I designed this well balanced full body circuit workout that could be done either at the gym or at home but intense enough for the body to burn these extra pounds packed during holidays!
