To get closer to Victoria Secret Model legs, you probably want to lose body fat by dieting and giving them definition with a good leg workout. Do 2 or 3 Sets Of 10 Rep For Each Exercise :

 

Take a break until you fully recover between each set

This workout should be done in a gym or a fitness center and should last about 40 minutes

1. Barbel Walking Lunges

2. Deadlift

3. Squat On The Smith Machine

4. Lying leg curl

5. Leg Extensions

6. Leg Press

7. Stiff Legged Dead Lift

8. Standing Calf Raise

9. Split Squat (Right Leg)

10. Split Squat (Left Leg)

You can perform this workout 3 times a week for better results.
